I think its also very imp not to criticise or over correct your chid's work. Interestingly one teacher at Orchids also told me children draw what they feel. Many cases of child abuse come to surface by observing their drawings.

As Yerawade commented, drawing and painting is a part of preschool curriculum. School children get exposure to drawing as well as painting at the early stage.

helpful tips. kids need to know the basics of drawing and paint as it is a part of every preschool and school curriculum. by creating an interest from an early stage, they will develop good drawing and painting skills.

what is the use of art and drawing if a kid is not interested? I think in preschool, one will get exposure to drawing and painting so it need not be done at home
